I like to open multiple windows at the same time, so I always need to "find
cursor" with "command + /". But the effect of the "find cursor" action last
for too much time with a fade in and fade out animation. Can I remove the
animation?

I've gotten rid of the animation. I think it was never a good idea. The
change will be in the next beta of 3.2.
