Cannot turn off Secure Keyboard Entry

This is weird - I upgraded to the brand spanking new iTerm2 today
(Build 1.0.0.20120108) & now I cannot turn off Secure Keyboard Entry.
It's checked no matter what I do - clicking on it to toggle & trying
the key command do nothing. It's permanently checked.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Check if you have another app running that's enabled secure input.

Interesting - I had no idea that one app would affect all the others,
but that makes logical sense.

I closed all the obvious contenders, & secure keyboard entry was still
enabled, so I finally resorted to rebooting, & that fixed it. I think
some program got secure keyboard entry "stuck" & it just happened to
be obvious with iTerm2.
